02 what happened
The owner wanted a new site. Before quoting one, we read the shop's order history: what sells, when, and what it sells for. The diagnosis came first, and it changed what got built.
One setting on the existing cache took the median server response from 1.33 seconds to 0.07, measured on the live site on 25 August 2026. The new storefront went live on 1 September, on the same WooCommerce install.
Marina runs the ads and Alexandra the SEO, in the same WhatsApp group as the build.
